Due to Horse Chest Nut Bspot has soothing and anti-irritant property as an anti-acne cream. It also contains proanthocyanidins plays important role in the stabilization of collagen and elastin in the skin. As an anti-acne it reduces water retention and assist in capillary protection.
Mendalic Acid
Mendalic Acid is a very potent exfoliating anti acne agent in bspot. Due to its large molecular size it act as a gentle anti-acne agent. Mendalic Acid also removes acne scars.
